The Impact Center Welcomes deRosset and Diehl

The Impact Center welcomes Leslie deRosset, MPH and Sandra J. Diehl, MPH, CHES as the newest members of their Implementation Specialist team.

Leslie deRosset brings over 18 years of experience to the position with previous programmatic work with the NC Department of Health and Human Services, the NC March of Dimes, and community-based organizations. Leslie deRosset supports Triple P implementation in both North and South Carolina. She holds two master’s degrees in public health from the University of South Carolina (Columbia) and UNC-CH.

Sandy Diehl brings extensive experience in social-behavioral, communication, and dissemination research in clinical, community–based, and education settings. She served as a co-investigator on an NIH R01 dissemination and implementation study which evaluated the adoption and implementation of e-health, print, and interpersonal communication strategies to improve HPV vaccine uptake among preteens in North Carolina. She brings skills in community engagement, grant writing, and developing and delivering interactive educational seminars, workshops, and classes in both live and online settings. She holds a master’s degree in public health from UNC-CH and is a certified health education specialist. Sandy Diehl leads the Media and Networking Core at the Impact Center.
