Diana Tursi, PhD, is an Implementation Specialist with the Rural Church Summer Literacy Initiative at the Impact Center at UNC Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute. Diana is a former teacher, teacher educator, and three-time Tar Heel, earning her BA, MEd, and PhD in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research interests focus on access, equity, and high-quality early learning, as well as workforce development and capacity building for early childhood educators.
