The purpose of this document  is to provide guidance on core evaluation questions complemented by a robust menu of associated measures.  This measurement plan is intended to align with the North Carolina Triple P evaluation,  however, fully utilizing this plan will take you beyond the state evaluation. It may be most feasible to start assessing the factors that overlap with the current state Triple P evaluation.
