The usability of a program or practice is typically defined by four criteria (Blasé & Fixsen, 2013, Fixsen et al, 2013):
- Clear description of the program,
- Identified core intervention components,
- Operational definitions of core intervention components, and
- Practical fidelity assessments that are correlated with program outcomes.
