External Implementation Agent

(External provider of implementation support): A form of external change agent that delivers both proactive and responsive implementation support, including implementation science and skill training; facilitation; and supportive behavioral coaching to individuals, groups, and organizations scaling innovative well-being programs and practices within organizational and community service systems (Aldridge, Brown, Bumbarger, Boothroyd, & Roppolo, under review). The primary aims of external implementation support are to contribute to local implementation capacity and support local implementation performance.
