Co-Creation Partners

The full range of partners essential to the creation of sustainable implementation capacity. Co-creation partners include (Metz, 2015): 1. service agency leadership and staff from implementing sites, 2. state/local funders and policymakers, 3. intermediary and purveyor organizations that provide implementation and program support, 4. active and involved community members (e.g., community parents and youth being served), and intervention developers and prevention scientists.
