Implementation Stages
Implementation and scale-up are generally recognized as consisting of several stages of activities. The Active Implementation Frameworks (NIRN) refer to four stages of implementation: (1) Exploration, (2) Installation, (3) Initial Implementation, and (4) Full Implementation.
